Air flow sensors provide instantaneous flow information for the compressed air supply of your applications.
25A-PFMB, Digital Air Flow Sensor, 2-Color Display, IP40, 2-200 Lpm, Secondary Battery
The 25A- series variations are compatible with secondary battery manufacturing for electronics, automotive, and other vehicle types. 25A-PFMB7201 is a digital flow sensor compatible with air and nitrogen. Its thermal sensor is protected in a bypass flow path to reduce contact with moisture and contaminants, avoiding accuracy deterioration and damage. The 3-digit LED display can be red or green, changing when a set point is reached. Either instantaneous or accumulated flow can be shown. Options include inline or bottom piping entry, cable connector type, and panel or bracket mounts. Two outputs are available, including two switch signals, or a switch and analog signal. PFMB is IP40 rated, and CE and RoHS compliant.

25A-PFM3, Digital Flow Monitor, 2-Color Display, IP40, for 25A-PFM Sensors, Secondary Battery
The 25A- series variations are compatible with secondary battery manufacturing for electronics, automotive, and other vehicle types. 25A-PFM3 is a monitor with display for the 25A-PFM5 remote flow sensors. The sensor and monitor can be located up to 2m apart using the optional cable. The 3-digit LED display can be red or green, changing when a set point is reached. Either instantaneous or accumulated flow can be shown. An extensive range of function settings influence performance, power saving and security as well as core flow monitoring tasks. 2 NPN or PNP switch outputs are included, with an LED indicator for each, located below the display. An analog output is also included. A cable, mounting bracket and panel mount adapter are optional. PFM3 is IP40 rated, CE and RoHS compliant.
25A-PFM5, Digital Air Flow Sensor, Remote, IP40, 0.2-100 Lpm, Secondary Battery
The 25A- series variations are compatible with secondary battery manufacturing for electronics, automotive, and other vehicle types. 25A-PFM5 is a digital flow sensor compatible with air, nitrogen, argon and carbon dioxide. This is the remote version of 25A-PFM7, without a display. The top panel includes two LEDs to indicate power and flow functions. Options include inline or bottom piping entry, cable connector type, and panel or bracket mounts. An analog voltage or current output is available. 25A-PFM5 is IP40 rated, CE and RoHS compliant. Compatible with the 25A-PFM3 monitor.

The 25A- series variations are compatible with secondary battery manufacturing for electronics, automotive, and other vehicle types. 25A-PF3W7 is a digital flow sensor that constantly monitors water or coolant flow. The upgraded 2-screen, 3-color numerical display rotates in both CW and CCW directions, offering improved visibility in a range of orientations. Two outputs are available, including two switch signals, or a switch and analog signal. Options include a mounting bracket, flow adjustment valve and temperature sensor to monitor flow and temperature simultaneously. 25A-PF3W7 is grease-free, IP65 rated, CE and RoHS compliant.

The -U variation features PVC piping for additional compatibility with deionized water and liquid chemicals. The 2-screen, 3-color numerical display rotates in both CW and CCW directions, offering improved visibility in a range of orientations. Two switch outputs, or one switch and one analog output are available. Options include a mounting bracket and M8 lead wire. This version does not offer a flow adjustment valve or temperature sensor. PF3W is grease-free, IP65 rated, and CE and RoHS compliant.

The 25A- series variations are compatible with secondary battery manufacturing for electronics, automotive, and other vehicle types. 25A-PF3W5 is a remote digital flow sensor that constantly monitors water or coolant flow. There are LEDs but no display. One or two analog outputs are available, depending on whether the optional temperature sensor is selected. Additional options include a mounting bracket, flow adjustment valve and M8 lead wire. 25A-PF3W5 is grease-free, IP65 rated, CE and RoHS compliant.

The sensor and monitor can be located up to 3m apart using PF3W5's optional cable. View the sensor's measured value in the primary screen, while viewing a variety of secondary data in the sub-screens, including switch set point values, an accumulation quantity, or a peak or bottom value. Alternately, assign a text description for the sensor's line or location. Two outputs are available, including two switch signals, or a switch and analog signal. Choose between metric or Imperial display units. A panel mount adapter is also available, as well as connector options. 25A-PF3W3 is IP65 rated (front panel only), CE and RoHS compliant.
